Interview and Selection
You will be called for interviews at our different places of interviews organized for specific jobs. And if successful, the employer will issue a job offer or employment contract for you to accept and sign.
Medical Examination
Most destination countries require a medical test from an approved clinic before travel and we shall proceed only if your medically fit.
Government Clearance and Vetting
Before travelling, we shall obtain clearance from the Ministry of Labour and other Government agencies for you to travel.

All workers through Verdant Pastures undergoes pre-departure orientation training to prepare them for working abroad.
However, all workers going as house maids undergoes 14 days Ministry mandatory pre departure training
Once cleared and done with all documentation and orientation we process your work visa
After the visa air ticket and travel documents are prepared.
